How to open & close locker?

You can make your debit or credit card the key to open and close the locker.

Or you can set your own password to open this locker and to close the locker press code again or you can press only #.

How can we make a key to our debit or credit card?

Press 2 times * button – Display screen will show PROG

Press 68# - display screen will show NEW

Now swipe your debit/credit card (You will find shooting bolts have come out it means this safe has register your card.)

If I want to use this safe as a digital safe

Step 1- keep Godrej E-swipe Home Locker open

Step 2- Double click * display screen will show PROG press 68# now display screen will show NEW  enter your new code/password (you can set 3 to 6 digit password) and press # (You will find shooting bolts have come out it means your Password is set).

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your debit/credit card is stolen, you can open safe with master password.

What is Master Password?

In case your debit/credit card is stolen, company provides master password it is 800000. You can open your safe with the help of pressing digits 800000.

As you know everybody knows about master password so first of all change your master password

How to change Master password

 

Step 1 – keep the safe open

Step 2 - press 2 times * display screen will show PROG enter the six digit master code which company is provided, which is 800000 & press #.

Step 3 –Display screen will show NEU enter your six digits desire password (six digits are necessary for master password) & press #.

Step 4- Display screen will show AGAIN enter your six digits desire password again and press # & now display screen will show DONE it means your new master code has been set up successfully.

If my card is stolen and forget my password & even master password

If your card is stolen and you forget your password & also your master password or your batteries get dead (although if your batteries get low the display screen will show B A L O sign so you change batteries immediately) in that case company provide you emergency keys which cannot be copied easily.

KEEP KEYS AT SAFE PLACE.

If you have your card, you know your password but batteries are not working / dead & keys are missing how you will open your Safe

Company also provides power bank point so you can open safe with the help of power bank and can change batteries.
